We are looking for a Project Manager / Analyst - ERP Finance to support the selection and implementation of a Finance ERP within a large, complex insurance organization.
This role goes beyond a traditional PM position. The ideal candidate combines project leadership with strong functional and business understanding, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the ERP journey.
Key responsibilities
Act as Project SPOC / Project Manager for the Finance ERP initiative
Coordinate and support the ERP acquisition / selection process
Lead coordination during the ERP implementation phase
Challenge existing needs and processes to optimize both acquisition and implementation
Provide functional and business support to Finance teams
Propose solutions and recommendations with a strong advisory mindset
Profile
Proven experience in selecting and implementing a Finance ERP
Experience in complex organizations (multiple entities, different decision centers, multiple accounting teams)
Ability to combine project management, business analysis, and advisory roles
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Languages: French and dutch: mandatory
